The service

TheCreature provides software to design AI animal characters, launch tokens on pump.fun from your own wallet and generate media for them. TheCreature does not custody your keys.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your wallet, the transactions you sign and compliance with the laws that apply to you.
  • Only upload images you own or have rights to. Do not impersonate real people, brands or other projects.
  • Do not use TheCreature for market manipulation, fraud, or content that is illegal, hateful or sexual.

AI disclosure

Every character is AI-generated and labeled as such on every surface. You may not remove or hide the label.

Content and takedowns

TheCreature may pause, unlist or remove any character, post or page that breaks these terms or the law.

No warranties

The service is provided as is. TheCreature is not liable for losses from token trading, third-party protocols, or AI output, to the extent the law allows.
